Course Outline
Workplace conflict & problems impact the entire team and often create consequences that can be felt by your patients. In addition to the common conflicts we face, are new and emerging challenges related to generational and problem solving abilities. In this dynamic program designed for the entire dental team, you will be fully engaged in realistic dental practice scenarios where you will gain insight into concepts and practices of contemporary conflict resolution and problem solving. Learn how to negotiate and apply proven techniques that will build an environment of cooperation and balance within your dental practice; while helping you make the most of your patient relationships by managing expectations, avoiding disputes, and protecting yourself should you have one.

Ms. Preissl, CDA is a motivational practice management consultant and speaker who designs customized educational programs for the dental profession. Her valuable communication skills combined with her experience & expertise have assisted dentists all over Canada in implementing effective management systems, establishing goals, and developing effective action plans. Ms. Preissl is the Director of Dental Education Consulting. She lectures extensively and her workshops have energized and inspired her audiences.
Ms. Paddy Briggs is a highly skilled dental practice management consultant & presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Paddy has developed the curriculum and teaches in several BC University College dental administration programs. She continues to work with dentists in an advisory capacity helping their practices achieve their full potential. Paddy is the Vice President Of Dental Education Consulting, and her warm humorous style of communicating promises a rewarding presentation.
