All information is kept strictly for the Society's purpose of conducting the annual continuing educational meeting. Our list of individual names attending the meeting is also kept strictly for the use of the Society to conduct the meeting and is never shared, traded, bartered or sold to ANYONE or ANY GROUP/BUSINESS etc.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy
Request for a refund must be in writing and received by the Thompson Okanagan Dental Meeting Registration Coordinator, Alison Hall on or before October 14, 2011. Registrants that are eligible for a refund, will receive 75% of the registration fee per registrant. The refund will be issued before November 30, 2011.
Continuing Education Credit Submissions
British Columbia Registrants
For Dentists or Certified Dental Assistants licensed in BC, CE credits may be earned by hour-for hour for eligible course attendance AND attendees can claim up to 5 hours of attendance on the tradeshow floor
•Receive up to 5 continuing education credits for attendance on the tradeshow floor AND
•Hour-for-hour credit, based on session attendance
The CDSBC also reminds dentists and certified dental assistants to be aware of limits allowed for certain subjects. Please refer directly to the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia's website at www.cdsbc.org for complete information.
A College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia "Continuing Education Credit Submission Form” customized for the 2010 TODS Meeting will be available online print the form. The College of Dental Hygienists of British Columbia requests that hygienists add the Thompson Okanagan Dental Meeting information onto your yearly reporting form.
The Thompson Okanagan Dental Society will not be responsible for submitting Continuing Education Credits on behalf of any registrant.
Out of Province Registrants
Out-of-BC registrants should consult with their provincial or state regulatory authorities for CE credit requirements.
