Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy
Request for a refund must be in writing and received by the Thompson Okanagan Dental Meeting Registration Coordinator, Alison Hall on or before October 9, 2008. Registrants that are eligible for a refund, will receive 75% of the registration fee per registrant. The refund will be issued before November 30, 2008.
Continuing Education Credit Submissions
British Columbia Registrants
For Dentists or Certified Dental Assistants licensed in BC, CE credits may be accrued in one of two ways:
- Receive 5 continuing education credits for conference attendance
- Hour-for-hour credit, based on session attendance
For either of the above methods, a College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia "2008 TODS Meeting Continuing Education Credit Submission Form" will be included in your meeting package for your convenience. Forms can either be faxed or mailed directly to the College of Dental Surgeons. You may also record your continuing education credits online by visiting the College of Dental Surgeons of BC website.
For Registered Dental Hygienists licensed in BC:
The College of Dental Hygienists of British Columbia requests that hygienists add the Thompson Okanagan Dental Meeting information onto your yearly reporting form.
The Thompson Okanagan Dental Society will not be responsible for submitting Continuing Education Credits on behalf of any registrant.
Out of Province Registrants
Out-of-BC registrants should consult with their provincial or state regulatory authorities for CE credit requirements.
