You may download CDSBC continuing education submission form, customized for the 2010 TODS Meeting, directly from the College of Dental Surgeons of BC OR you may fill out your form online. The CDSBC booth at the 2010 TODS Meeting will have a limited supply of CE reporting forms available onsite at TODS during Friday October 29, 2010.
You may download the regular CDSBC continuing education submission form directly from the College of Dental Surgeons of BC.
