2008 Exhibit Information
The Thompson Okanagan Dental Society wishes to express it's sincere appreciation to the dental exhibit companies that each year support our meeting. We look forward each year to hosting a wonderful array of companies that are so vital to the profession.
The 2008 Thompson Okanagan Dental Meeting is supported by 74 exhibits. Supply companies, laboratories, practice management advisors, computer dental software, and various other companies, supplying the needs of the dental profession to provide quality service to its clients, arrive each year hosted by the Thompson Okanagan Dental Society. The Society in returns supports professional member associations and regulatory colleges of the profession by providing forums where members and association/regulatory staff can discuss concerns in person.

Friday October 24, 2008 4th Annual Silent Auction Benefiting the Cancer Centre of the Southern Interior
As part of TODS ongoing commitment to both the professional and general community, a yearly fundraising activity is held to provide funding to dental and community organizations. This year the silent auction will benefit the Cancer Centre of the Southern Interior and will be held during on Friday October 24, 2008. Items generously donated by the dental community and local sponsors will be available for bidding Friday, October 24 starting at 10:00am, but do not miss out - the bidding closes at 5:00pm. Browse our exciting collection of gifts and services during the Tradeshow Reception.
Each year, we encourage our exhibitors to support this worthy cause by either donating an item for the auction, purchasing items from the auction, or by making a monetary contribution.

Important Exhibit Highlights
- Exhibits must be open on Friday, October 24 from 10:00am-6:00pm
- Expand your exhibit time!-due to requests for increased exhibit time we are again offering all exhibitors the option to open your exhibits on Thursday October 23rd between the hours of 5:00pm & 9:00pm. You may invite ANY of your dental clients to visit your exhibit this evening. We do not advertise this exhibitor opportunity and notice to your clients is by your invitation only.
- Complimentary exhibitor hot breakfast on Friday, October 24th to those exhibitor personnel registered before October 10, 2008
- Revised exhibit layout
- Choice of a display booth or table top exhibit

- The TODS Tradeshow Reception on the exhibit floor Friday, October 24 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm

- On Friday, October 24th access to the exhibit floor is limited to meeting registrants only.
- Exhibitor packages will be mailed April 1, 2008
- Approximately 6 weeks before the meeting date-you will receive the booth or tabletop number assignment & supporting documentation.
- Pre-registration for Exhibitor Personnel Deadline is October 10, 2008
- Only exhibitor personnel with a registered and paid exhibit booth or tabletop may have access to the conference floor.

We sincerely appreciate the tremendous response we have received from exhibitors over the past few years and thank you for your continued support of this meeting
Unfortunately, the requests we receive for exhibit space exceed the number of spaces we have the room to offer. The amount of exhibit space is limited by the size of the Convention Centre and the City of Kelowna Fire Regulations.
Therefore, we award exhibit space in the order the requests are received, by the nature of your exhibit, and requests from our sponsors. We cannot award or reserve your exhibit space unless we receive your Request for Exhibit Space form and payment in full.
We are offering a reduced fee for early registration of additional booth representatives. The deadline date for early registration of additional exhibitor personnel is October 10th , 2008.
It is vitally important to ensure Exhibitor registration is completed correctly and mailed as soon as possible as our booth and tabletop rentals will be assigned on a priority basis according to when the registration is received. In the past many exhibitors have been disappointed by waiting too long to send the registration.
Exhibitor registrations WILL NOT BE PROCESSED unless accompanied by FULL PAYMENT.
For 2008, we will confirm receipt of your attendance and receipt of monies for booth or tabletop rentals via e-mail.
